Oopsies happen! If your unique product arrives dented broken or damaged because of transportation or if there are missing or wrong items due to my crafting process or packaging. I've got your back. Here's how it works:

Unboxing Video: When your package arrives, record a video of the entire unboxing process. Make sure you start when the box is still intact. This helps ensure your right to a return or refund.
No Editing Tricks: Keep it simple and seamless. No cuts please! We want to see everything as it is.
Careful when checking: Use a good angle to capture the whole process and check if anything's broken missing or not what you ordered.
Reach Out Quickly: If you spot any issues, contact me ASAP with your unboxing video, product pics and order details. I'll respond swiftly to sort things out and find the best solution for you.

While I generally don't accept returns or refunds [ because each item is one of a kind, the conditions above are exceptions. I appreciate your understanding and support for handmade products. You're amazing!
